How to Reach Leh Ladakh from Visakhapatnam
By Air:
The fastest way to reach Leh Ladakh from Visakhapatnam is air travel. Currently there are six flights that fly from Visakhapatnam to Leh every day. All the flights from Visakhapatnam to Leh are connecting flights with layover stops mostly in Delhi. Once you reach the Kushok Bakula Rimpochee Airport in Leh, you can get to your hotel via private transfer or take a taxi.
By Train:
There are no direct trains from Visakhapatnam to Leh Ladakh. You have to first reach Jammu Tawi station and continue your trip to Leh via NH1. To do that, take a train from Visakhapatnam to Vijayawada station and from there take another train that will take you to Jammu Tawi. Alternatively, you can board a train from Visakhapatnam to New Delhi and then board a Vande Bharat Express to reach Jammu.
By Road:
The road journey from Visakhapatnam to Leh can be challenging. You have to cover approximately 2,698.0 km via NH 44. It may take 5-6 days depending upon your average speed and distance covered in a day.
