Do not forget to take a trip to the Shalimar Bagh. A Mughal Garden in Srinagar was built by the Mughal emperor- Jahangir in the year 1916 AD. This was also built for Noor Jahan, just like the Taj Mahal. The garden is also connected to the famous Dal Lake. It is a three-terraced garden and offers a lush green carpet of grass and houses 410 fountains on its premises with a backdrop of the grand Himalayan ranges. The garden is known for Chini Khanas, which remains the unmatched beauty of this place. It holds pots with bright coloured flowers, which reflect their vibrancy to the waterfall it houses.

Lastly, Lolab is a blissful destination to visit in March. Here you will feel away from the world and much more relaxed. The place is also known as Wadi e Lolab. It offers a sparkling view of the shaded paddy fields, apple orchards, springs and lakes. It comprises three other enigmatic valleys called Potnai, Brunei and Kalaroos. Here you will be able to spot the Himalayan Black Bear, Ibex, Hangul, and Snow Leopard if you are lucky.
