There is only one train you can board from Chochin’s Ernakulam Junction (ERS) to Jammu Tawi (the closest train station from Srinagar). Once you arrive in Jammu, you can take a taxi, private bus or JKSRTC bus to travel Srinagar via NH 244 A and NH 44, covering a distance of 247.7 kms.
